摘要
水土流失治理措施的优化配置为建设实施水土保持项目的重要依据,小流域治理过程中应用新技术、新方法将取得显著的成效。文章以朝阳县下洼小流域为例,设定水保措施的决策依据、约束条件为减流减沙效益和土地适宜性评估结果,从数量、时间和空间上提出水保措施的最佳配置原则,可为改善小流域生态环境以及区域水土保持规划提供决策依据。
The optimal allocation of soil erosion control measures is an important basis for the construction and implementation of soil and water conservation projects,the application of new technologies and methods in small watershed management will achieve remarkable results.This paper takes Xiawa watershed of Chaoyang County as an example,the decision basis and constraint conditions of soil and water conservation measures are set as flow reduction and sediment reduction benefits and land suitability assessment results,the optimal allocation principle of water conservation measures is put forward in terms of quantity,time and space,which can provide decision-making basis for improving ecological environment of small watershed and regional water and soil conservation planning.
