摘要 为有效减少城市轨道交通工程总承包项目中由工作界面混乱、沟通协调不畅等问题引起的冲突争议,基于Partnering模式中的典型冲突处理机制,并结合冲突分析理论量化冲突程度、辨别主要冲突主体,使冲突处理的决策实现合理性和科学性的统一。在此基础上,依托Partnering模式冲突弹射机制的原理和冲突处理的层级划分结果,以冲突特征描述作为冲突决策的预处理,构建基于Partnering模式的工程总承包项目冲突处理机制。应用该机制对广州地铁18号线项目进行冲突处理,验证该方法切实可行,可操作性强,为城市轨道交通项目的冲突处理提供了理论依据和实践指导。 This paper aims to effectively reduce the conflict disputes in the general contracting project of urban rail transit caused by various factors,such as chaotic work interface and poor communication or coordination.On the basis of typical conflict processing mechanism in partnering mode,this study quantifies the conflict degree and identifies the main conflict subjects according to conflict analysis theory,so as to achieve rational and scientific decision-making process in conflict processing.After that,the characteristics description of conflicts is taken as the pre-processing of conflict decision-making.Based on the principle of conflict ejection mechanism of partnering mode and the hierarchical division results of conflict processing,the partnering mode-based conflict processing mechanism of the general contracting project is constructed.Finally,the paper adopts this mechanism to process the conflict of Guangzhou Metro No.18 Line Project.According to the result,this method is feasible and operable and it can offer the theoretical basis and practical guidance to cope with the conflict in the urban rail transit project.
