复杂项目工程延误与组织行为的关系研究

摘要 复杂项目对于国计民生的重要性日益凸显,但工程延误问题已成为制约复杂项目目标按期实现的重要因素。基于复杂项目的动态性、非线性特点,利用复杂网络方法,从组织行为出发,识别出6种在各类工程项目中普遍存在的组织行为,探寻复杂项目各参与方之间的交互机理,解析复杂项目工程延误与组织行为之间关系的模型,利用问卷调查得到各组织行为在复杂项目中的重要性程度。以长沙市轨道交通3号线一期工程为例,将参与方节点与组织行为的现实数据代入复杂网络模型,通过Gephi软件对模型进行可视化分析,从而识别出业主方等核心节点和监督管理关系、协作关系等组织行为是从根本上解决工程延误问题的关键所在。 The importance of complex projects for the national economy and people's livelihood is prominent,but the problem of project delay has become an important factor restricting the delivery of complex projects on schedule.Based on the dynamic and non-linear characteristics of complex projects,this paper uses the complex network method to determine 6 kinds of organizational behaviors that are common in various engineering projects to explore the interaction mechanism between the participants of the complex project from a perspective of organizational behavior.This study analyzes the relationship between the project delay and the organizational behavior of the complex project.Questionnaires are used to clarify the importance of various organizational behaviors in complex projects.Taking the first phase of Changsha rail transit line 3 as an example,the real data of the participants'nodes and organizational behaviors are substituted into the complex network model,and the model is visually analyzed by Gephi software,thus identifying the core nodes and organizational behaviors,including owners,supervision and management relationships,and cooperation relationships,are the fundamental to solve the problem of project delay.
