Analysis for Impact of Safety Management Behaviors on Safety Management Performance

有效评价安全管理绩效对提升建设项目安全管理水平、减少事故发生至关重要。通过分析建设项目各参建方的安全管理行为,识别项目安全管理绩效的影响因素及其相互作用关系,结合系统动力学从项目整体角度构建了安全管理绩效分析模型,来评价建设项目各参与方的安全管理行为对项目安全管理绩效的综合影响。实际案例分析表明,研究构建的安全管理绩效分析模型是有效的、可行的,并据此提出建设项目安全管理绩效提升建议。

Effective evaluation of safety management performance is important to improve the level of safety management of construction projects and reduce construction accidents.Based on system dynamics,this paper proposes a safety management performance analysis model from the perspective of multi-participants by analyzing their safety management behaviors in construction projects and identifying the factors influencing safety management performance and their interactions.This model can be used to evaluate the comprehensive impact of safety management behaviors of project participants on safety management performance.The results obtained from a real case that the safety management performance analysis model is valid and feasible.Relevant suggestions for improving safety management performance can be achieved as well.
