摘要
随着经济社会的发展和媒介技术的进步,媒体动员逐渐成为社会动员的重要方式之一。文章通过对新冠肺炎疫情防控的媒体观察,探讨重大突发疫情防控的媒体动员机制。第一时间呈现疫情进展信息,传达疫情防控知识,引导社会舆论,报道疫情防控中可歌可泣的故事,以建立大众的认知共识,唤起大众的情感认同,完成共同抗疫的意义建构,才是媒体动员的逻辑基础,而这正是新闻媒体自身的专业价值和职业使命。
With the development of economy and the advance in media technology,media mobilization has gradually become one of the major methods of social mobilization.This article explores the media mobilization mechanism in severe outbreaks through the observation of media in the prevention and control of COVID-19.The logic basis of media mobilization include the following:presenting the information about the state of the epidemic in the first place,transmitting the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control,guiding public opinions,reporting heroic and moving deeds in the epidemic prevention and control so as to build the public’s cognitive consensus as well as arouse the public’s emotional recognition and materialize the sense-making construction of combating epidemic together.This is the professional value and mission of the news media.
