摘要 针对车用驱动电机在运行过程中存在噪声且永磁同步电机电磁噪声主要由径向电磁力产生的问题,以某城市客车48槽车用永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立三维电磁仿真模型,通过有限元法,运用Ansys Workbench模块分别对电机的定子和整机进行模态阶数和模态频率的分析,得到其模态固有频率,并进行电机模态试验验证。结果表明,电机高阶模态固有频率最高;电机整体在低阶径向模态下,刚度增加速率优于质量的增大;随着模态阶数的变大,质量增加速率则反超刚度的增速。 Aiming at the noise in the running process of the vehicle drive motor and the electromagnetic noise of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was mainly caused by the radial electromagnetic force,a three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation model was established by using a permanent magnet synchronous motor for a 48-slot vehicle in a city.Through the finite element method,the Ansys Workbench module was used to analyze the modal order and modal frequency of the stator and the whole machine of the motor respectively,and the modal natural frequency was obtained,and the motor modal test was verified.The results show that the natural frequency of the high-order mode of the motor is the highest.When the motor is in the low-order radial mode,the rate of stiffness increase is better than that of the mass.As the modal order becomes larger,the rate of mass increase is the rate of increase of the anti-super-stiffness.
