摘要
针对在测量轮毂电机驱动电流传感器时3种主要故障类型分析的基础上,建立轮毂电机转速闭环控制下传感器输出电流的表达式,提供一种轮毂电机驱动电流传感器故障诊断和电流信息重新构造的控制方法。该方法可用于处理传感器完全失效故障,同时具备对传感器固定偏差和漂移误差的在线修正能力。该控制器模型依靠电流信息和电机转子位置信息进行实时检测和控制,对于电机驱动系统参数的变化影响并不大,并有效提高了该控制器的鲁棒性和实时性。
Based on the analysis of three main fault types when measuring the hub motor drive current sensor,the expression of the output current of the sensor under closed-loop control of the hub motor speed was established,and a control method for fault diagnosis and current information reconstruction of the hub motor drive current sensor was provided.This method can be used to deal with the complete failure of the sensor,and has the ability to correct the fixed deviation and drift error of the sensor.The controller model relies on current information and rotor position information of the motor for real-time detection and control,which has little influence on the change of parameters of the motor drive system,and effectively improves the robustness and real-time performance of the controller.
