摘要
针对油基钻井液在施工过程中流变性难以调控,钻井液泥浆动静切力比较低、容易发生沉降等问题,研制了一种抗高温油基钻井液用提切剂,在高温条件下仍能保持有效的提切性能。采用高纯度二聚酸(98%)、多烯多胺以及多元醇胺为原料,通过四元共聚法合成了一种可抗高温的油基钻井液用提切剂(命名为FPR-1),并对其做结构表征和性能评价。结果表明:提切剂FPR-1满足分子结构要求,可显著增强油基钻井液体系的动静切应力和电稳定性,动切力从6 Pa提高到12 Pa,破乳电压高达1496 V,提高了钻井液降滤失效果,滤失量仅2.4 mL,且观察滤饼厚度极薄,泥饼质量得到极大的改善,更重要的是其抗温能力可达到220℃,适用于高温高压地层环境,解决了现场施工过程中泥浆流变性难以调控及钻遇高温高压地层钻井液部分性能失效的难题。
In view of the problems that the rheology of oil-based drilling fluids during construction is difficult to control,the dynamic and static shear forces of the drilling fluid mud are relatively low,and settlement is prone to occur.A cutting agent for high-temperature oil-based drilling fluids that can still work under high temperature conditions Maintain effective lifting and cutting performance were developed.Using high-purity dimer acid(98%),polyene polyamine and polyol amine as raw materials,a high temperature resistant oil-based drilling fluid cutting agent(named FPR-1)was synthesized by the quaternary copolymerization method,and do structural characterization and performance evaluation.The results showed that the cutting agent FPR-1 meets the molecular structure requirements,and can significantly enhance the dynamic and static shear stress and electrical stability of the oil-based drilling fluid system.The dynamic shear force is increased from 6Pa to 12Pa,and the demulsification voltage is up to 1496 V,and the fluid loss reduction effect of the drilling fluid is only 2.4 mL,and the thickness of the filter cake is extremely thin.The quality of the mud cake is greatly improved.More importantly,its temperature resistance can reach 220℃,which is suitable for high temperature and high pressure formation environment.It solves the problems that mud rheology is difficult to control during on-site construction and part of the drilling fluid encountered high temperature and high pressure formation performance failure.
