摘要
制备了一种专用于汽油清净剂的聚醚胺配制成样品,采用模拟实验、发动机台架实验和1.5万km以上的实车道路实验,实现了从实验室到应用的全过程开发,为推进新一代汽油清净剂主剂的国产化提供参考。
In order to accelerate the localization of the main agent used in gasoline detergent,all seven steps of the research and development are revealed for the first time.A polyether amine specially used in gasoline detergent was prepared in laboratory,and the simulation IVD test,engine bench test and actual road test of more than 15000 km were made with the polyether amine.The whole process of the development from laboratory to application is realized,and the test results of the whole process are disclosed to promote the localization of the new main agent of gasoline detergent.
