On the Evolution and Aesthetic Connotation of Costume in the Tang Dynasty

唐代是中国古代文化发展的鼎盛时期,作为中国历史上最擅于博采众长的朝代,它在吸收传统文化发展成果的同时,积极加强对外交流,为己所用。唐代是中国传统服装发展的高峰,具有鲜明的时代特色和多元的民族风格,对后世服装的发展、变革影响深远。唐代服装在继承传统的基础上,守正创新,积极吸收外来服装文化,在形制、色彩、纹饰等方面大胆创新,形成了独具特色的服装文化。文章以形制、纹饰、色彩为主要切入点,梳理唐代服装的演变过程,探究其独特的文化内涵和美学价值。

The Tang Dynasty is the heyday of the development of ancient Chinese culture. As the dynasty which is the best at learning from others, the Tang Dynasty not only absorbed the achievements of the development of traditional culture, but also actively strengthened foreign exchanges for its own use. The Tang Dynasty, which had distinctive characteristics of the times and diversified national styles, was the peak of the development of Chinese traditional clothing, and had a far-reaching impact on the development and reform of clothing of later generations. On the basis of inheriting the tradition, the Tang Dynasty actively absorbed the foreign costume culture, made bold innovations in the form, color, decoration and other aspects, and formed the unique costume culture of its own. Taking the forms, decorations and colors as the main entry points, this paper combs the evolution process of the Tang Dynasty’s costume and probes into its unique cultural connotation and aesthetic value.
