红色钙质珊瑚的颜色质量评价研究

摘要 本文选取51颗已抛光红色钙质珊瑚,利用测色仪、比色卡和聚类分析方法对样品颜色进行分析评价。测色仪测得样品明度范围为[29.28,43.40],饱和度范围为[21.46,43.05],色调角范围为[19.52,31.71],色调主要为橙红色,且属于低明度、低饱和度,明度值L~*和饱和度C~*、色调角h°呈一定的正相关性;使用GemDialogue色卡与样品比色,发现色卡的色度值a~*和b~*都整体略高于样品实测的色度值,推测在使用GemDialogue色卡比色时,对于样品彩度的判断常常会略高于其实际的彩度值;利用KMeans聚类分析,将样品按颜色参数L~*、a~*、b~*分成7类。通过对比颜色数据及绘制比色结果模拟色块直观比较,发现将样品分为浅橙红、浅棕红、红色、棕红、深棕红、橙红和深橙红7类较为合适。 In this paper, the colors of 51 polished red calcium corals were analyzed and evaluated using colorimeters, GemDialogue and cluster analysis. The lightness range of samples measured by the colorimeter is [29.28, 43.40], the chroma range is [21.46, 43.05], and the hue angle range is [19.52, 31.71]. The hue is mainly orange-red and belongs to low lightness and low chroma. The brightness value L~* was positively correlated with the chroma C~* and the hue angle h°. By comparing the GemDialogue color cards with the samples’ colors, it was found that the chromaticity values a~* and b~* of the color cards are slightly higher than those actually measured with samples. It is speculated that when the GemDialogue color card is used for color comparison, the judgment of the samples’ chroma is often slightly higher than its actual chroma value. Through K-Means cluster analysis, the samples were divided into 7 categories according to the color parameters L~*, a~* and b~*. By comparing the color data and simulating the colors, it is found that it is appropriate to divide the samples into 7 categories such as light orange red, light brown red, red, brown red, dark brown red, orange red and dark orange red.
