矿用电机车蓄电池智能充电装置的研究

摘要 针对目前矿井中使用的电机车蓄电池充电慢、使用时间短等问题,设计一种新型的大功率智能充电装置,采用高频开关技术对充电装置的电路进行拓扑,选用DSP对蓄电池的状态进行采集和处理,智能充电装置是采用变化电流的充电方式进行充电,以满足不同充电要求,将充电装置应用在实际中,结果表明:智能充电装置能将充电时间大大缩短,且便捷度更高,体积更小,性能更优。 Aiming at the problems of slow charging and short service time of electric locomotive batteries used in mines at present,a new type of high-power intelligent charging device is designed.The high-frequency switch technology is adopted to topology the circuit of the charging device,and DSP is selected to collect and process the state of the battery.The intelligent charging device adopts the charging method of changing current to charge to meet different charging requirements.The charging device is applied in practice,and the results show that the intelligent charging device can greatly shorten the charging time,and has higher convenience,smaller volume and better performance.
