摘要
在化工生产过程中,受工艺特点、设备精密度以及物料易变性等多方面因素影响,加之化工生产过程的复杂性,所以很容易造成化工分析和检验误差问题的出现,导致工艺生产产品质量受到干扰,因此如何有效解决化工分析和检验误差问题,这成为当前化工生产中关键所在。文章以苯酚丙酮化工生产中芳香族有机污染物的分析为例,重点就化工分析与检验的常见难题与应对方案进行研究,以供参考和借鉴。
In the process of chemical production,affected by process characteristics,equipment precision,material variability and other factors,combined with the complexity of chemical production process,it is easy to cause errors in chemical analysis and inspection,resulting in the interference of process product quality.Therefore,how to effectively solve the problem of chemical analysis and inspection errors has become the key to the current chemical production.Taking the analysis of aromatic organic pollutants in phenol acetone chemical production as an example,this paper focuses on the common problems and solutions in chemical analysis and inspection for reference.
