医疗中生物医用高分子材料的应用探析

Application of Biomedical Polymer Materials in Medical Treatment

目前我国医疗中生物医用高分子材料在医疗体系中的各个领域得到广泛使用。医用高分子材料制品与材料可分为三个方面:首先为人工器官,主要包括人工喉、人工心脏瓣膜等。其次为药物高分子,主要包括高分子抗癌制剂、抗病毒聚合物等。最后是医疗用品,主要包括注射器、输液器等。另外医院高分子材料还在药物赋形剂上广泛使用,可以让药物药效延长。而生物医用高分子材料具备力学性能稳定、化学惰性好、物理性能稳定、生物相容性好、材料经济,适用平民消费,材料易获取等优势得到广泛使用,具有极广阔的发展价值。本次研究就医疗中生物医用高分子材料的使用这一热点问题进行深入分析,为后续医疗中生物医用高分子材料研究及使用提供一定的参考资料。

At present,biomedical polymer materials are widely used in various fields of medical system in China.Medical polymer products and materials can be divided into three aspects:first,artificial organs,mainly including artificial larynx,artificial heart valve,etc.Secondly,drug polymers,mainly including polymer anticancer agents,antiviral polymers and so on.Finally,medical supplies,mainly including syringes,infusion sets,etc.In addition,hospital polymer materials are widely used in drug excipients,which can prolong the efficacy of drugs.Biomedical polymer materials have the advantages of stable mechanical properties,good chemical inertness,stable physical properties,good biocompatibility,economic materials,suitable for civilian consumption,easy access to materials and so on,which are widely used and have a very broad development value.In this study,the hot issue of the use of biomedical polymer materials in medical treatment is deeply analyzed,which provides certain reference for the follow-up research and use of biomedical polymer materials in medical treatment.
