煤巷超前临时支护研究

随着改革开放的逐年深化,我国的经济飞速发展,无论是重工业还是轻工业都得到迅速的发展,所以对煤炭的需求量逐年加大。而在煤矿生产过程中的关键环节之一就是巷道掘进。"采掘并重,掘进先行"。若想保障矿井高效率且稳定的生产,就一定要对巷道快速地掘进。因此巷道掘进技术及其相关设备直接影响着煤炭的生产与安全。保证煤炭开采工作高产量高效率的重要因素是高效机械化掘进 (多指悬臂式掘进机)和支护技术。能源结构和增长方式随着经济发展而变化。所以导致煤炭产量出现严重过剩的状况。煤炭经济形势逐年严苛,但是采掘失调、煤巷掘进速度较低的问题却依然没有得到有效地解决。煤炭开采工作前期准备时间较长,因此,需付出较高的时间与经济成本。因此,煤炭企业目前亟待解决的问题便是煤矿巷道快速掘进及超前临时支护技术。突破了这项技术才能保证安全高效生产和低成本运行。

With the deepening of reform and opening up year by year,the economy in China is developing rapidly.Both heavy industry and light industry are developing rapidly,so the demand for coal is increasing year by year.In the coal mine production process,one of the key links is roadway driving.Coal mining and tunneling are equally important,and tunneling should be developed first.If we want to ensure the high efficiency and stable production of the mine,we must drive the tunnel quickly.Therefore,the tunneling technology and related equipment directly affect the production and safety of coal.The important factors to ensure the high output and high efficiency of coal mining work are the high-efficiency mechanized driving (mostly referred to as cantilever driving machine) and support technology.Energy structure and growth mode change with economic development.Therefore,the coal production is in serious surplus.The economic situation of coal is severe year by year,but the problems of mining maladjustment and low driving speed of coal roadway have not been solved effectively.The preparation time of coal mining is long,so it needs to pay high time and economic cost.Therefore,at present,the urgent problem for coal enterprises to solve is the rapid tunneling and advance temporary support technology.Only by breaking through this technology can we ensure safe and efficient production and low-cost operation.
