摘要
从银耳中提取的银耳多糖因为其特有的葡甘聚糖大分子结构具有优良的保湿性能和成膜性。人体实验结果表明0.1%的银耳多糖可以强化皮肤屏障,减少炎症因子IL-1β,IL-6,IL-10和TNF-a产生,提高皮肤含水量,降低经皮失水。最终银耳多糖在护肤品中起到保湿,抗过敏,恢复皮肤健康的作用。
The WSK extracted from tremella fuciformis has excellent moisturizing and film-forming abilities because of its special glucomannan macromolecular structure.The results of IN VIVO experiments showed that 0.1% WSK can strengthen the skin barrier,reduce the production of inflammatory factors (IL-β,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-a),increase the skin moisture value and reduce the TEWL.Finally the WSK played a role of moisturizing,anti–allergy and keeping skin health.
