基于事故预警信号的《化工过程安全》案例教学

Case Teaching of Chemical Process Safety Based on Accident Early-Warning Signals

本文建立了以过程安全管理(PSM)为核心的事故预警信号体系,精心挑选典型事故案例,引导学生寻找事故发生前的各类预警信号,并建立预警信号与课堂教学内容之间的联系。由此培养学生识别、处理事故预警信号的能力,使学生深刻理解过程安全理论知识与风险控制实践之间的关系,掌握化工过程安全管理与化工事故(如泄漏、池火灾、蒸气云爆炸、反应热失控等特征事故)预防和应急之间的本质联系,提高学生过程风险处置水平。

This paper establishes an early-warning signal system based on Process Safety Management (PSM),and selects typical accident cases in order to provide guidance for students to find all kinds of early-warning signals before the accidents.The relationship between these early-warning signals and the main contents of classroom teaching content was also established.Thus,students’ ability of identifying and processing early-warning signals of accidents could be cultivated,and the relationship between theoretical knowledge of process safety and practice of risk controlling can be deeply understood.Accordingly,the ability of managing risk of students could be efficiently improved on a basis of mastering the essential relationship between chemical process safety management and prevention and emergency response of chemical accidents such as leakage,pool fire,vapor cloud explosion and runaway reaction heat.
