以粉体药剂为分散相的气溶胶消毒研究进展

摘要 近年来,全球各类流行性传染病大规模流行,对人类健康和安全构成威胁。传染病可通过多种途径进行传播,不仅能在人与人之间流行,而且也能在人与动物之间交叉感染,严重滞碍国家经济建设和社会发展。在新时期,随着全球化进程的深入推进,交通日趋便利,人口流动性日益增强,迫切需要强化对传染病的防治。本文针对现有的防治手段,尤其是对各类消毒方法进行综述,着重介绍喷雾气溶胶消毒和烟熏消毒的作用机理,并从热力学、粉体力学两个方面对粉体药剂进行系统性分析,为粉体消毒药剂为分散相的气溶胶进行消毒的开发提供思路,对其进一步研究提供参考。粉体消毒药剂在空气中扩散,由其形成的药剂气溶胶进行消毒灭菌具有一定的可行性,可应用于流行性传染病的预防和控制,具有广阔前景。 In recent years,all kinds of epidemic infectious diseases spread on a large scale around the world,which pose a threat to human health and safety.Infectious diseases can be spread through a variety of ways,not only between people,but also between people and animals,seriously hindering the national economic construction and social development.In the new era,with the deepening of the process of globalization,transportation is becoming more and more convenient and population mobility is increasing,so there is an urgent need to strengthen the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.This paper summarizes the existing epidemic prevention methods,especially all kinds of disinfection methods,emphatically introduces the action mechanism of aerosol disinfection and fumigation disinfection,and makes a systematic analysis of powder medicament from two aspects of thermodynamics and powder mechanics.the purpose of this paper is to provide ideas for the development of powder disinfectants to disinfect aerosols in dispersed phase and provide reference for further research.Powder disinfectant spreads in the air,and it is feasible to disinfect and sterilize the powder aerosol,which can be used in the prevention and control of epidemic infectious diseases and has a broad prospect.
