摘要
通过分析中国残联和教育部在国内六所高校试点残疾人高等融合教育的工作文本,发现试点高校在融合教育方面探索出招生录取、学业支持、生活支持、就业支持等方面经验;但面临着难以有效满足残疾人"入学"需求、特殊需求关照不足、社会学模式的生活场域亟需构建和转衔服务制度缺失等困境。基于文本分析,高等融合教育应以问题为导向,加快明确支持服务目标、营造"无痕"的融合氛围、构建多维立体支持服务组织及精准运行机制的支持服务体系。
Through analyzing the work reports of six colleges and universities taking part in a pilot project in inclusive higher education for people with disabilities organized by the China Disabled Persons’ Federation and the Ministry of Education,it was found that these colleges and universities had gained experiences in enrollment,diversified academic support,inclusive life support,employment support,etc.,but encountered such difficulties as insufficient provision of the "admission" need of people with disabilities,insufficient attention to their special need in academic support,urgent need to construct the life field of the sociological model,and lack of transfer service system.Based on the text analysis of the work reports,suggestions were given that inclusive higher education should be problem-oriented,accelerate the clarification of support service objectives,create a "seamless"inclusive atmosphere,and build a multi-dimensional support and service organization and accurate operation mechanism.
