摘要
为了解新冠疫情下中学生心理弹性、认知重评策略对师生关系的影响,探究认知重评策略的中介机制,采用心理弹性、青少年情绪调节、师生关系问卷于2020年3月中旬对2324名初高中学生进行了调查。研究发现:中学生的心理弹性、认知重评策略、师生关系两两之间存在显著的正相关;认知重评策略在心理弹性和师生关系之间起部分中介作用。研究表明中学生的心理弹性和认知重评策略对师生关系具有重要影响。该结果为新冠疫情下师生关系的促进提供了理论支持。
To explore the impact of high school students’ psychological resilience and cognitive reappraisal on teacher-student relationship in the COVID-19 epidemic,and the mediating mechanism of cognitive reappraisal,this study investigated 2324 junior and senior high school students in the mid-March of 2020.The Psychological Resilience Questionnaire,Adolescent Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,and Student-Teacher Relationship Questionnaire were used for data collocation.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience,cognitive reappraisal strategy and teacher-student relationship;Cognitive reappraisal played a partially mediating role between psychological resilience and teacher-student relationship.The findings indicated that high school students’ psychological resilience and cognitive reappraisal ability had a positive effect on the teacher-student relationship,providing theoretical support for promoting teacher-student relationship in the COVID-19 epidemic.
