摘要
VLBI2010系统主要目标是实现全球基线测量达到1mm的高精度要求。为满足科学研究对VLBI技术的要求,需挖掘一切潜力提高地面接收设备的接收能力。本文首先介绍了低温与制冷技术应用在微波接收机领域能有效降低接收机噪声,其次详细叙述了馈源整体制冷接收机设计方案及核心器件研制情况,最后给出样品研制测试结果。测试结果表明:系统噪声温度小于27K,在中心频率8GHz噪声温度小于12K。
The main goal of the VLBI2010 system is to achieve the high precision requirement of 1mm for global baseline measurement.In order to meet the requirements of scientific research on VLBI technology,it is necessary to explore all potential to improve the receiving ability of ground receivers.This article introduces the application of cryogenic and refrigeration technology into the field of microwave receivers to effectively reduce receiver noise.The design scheme of the integral feed refrigeration receiver and the development of the core device are presented,and the results of the sample development test are given.The test results show that the noise temperature of the system is less than 27 K,and the noise temperature at the center frequency of 8 GHz is lower than 12 K.
