H5亚型高致病性禽流感病毒流行特点及其防控

Prevalence Characteristics and Prevention of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus H5 Subtype

H5亚型高致病性禽流感的发生给养禽业造成了严重损失,目前H5N6、H5N1成为主要的流行亚型,优势流行的HA分支在一定时期内呈现动态变化,且一直处于不断变异和进化之中,给我国防控工作带来了很大的挑战。本文通过分析近年H5亚型高致病性禽流感发生情况,以及H5亚型病毒的流行特点、进化过程,进而提出加强风险环节监测、开展病原特性研究、持续做好免疫工作和落实生物安全控制措施等防控建议。

The outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus(HPAIV) H5 subtype has caused largely economic losses to the poultry industry. At present, H5 N6 and H5 N1 are the main prevalent subtypes. The dominant HA branches have undergone dynamic changes during a period of time due to the constantly mutation and evolving, which poses a great challenge to prevent and control this serious disease. This paper analyzes the occurrence of HPAIV H5 subtype in recent years, as well as its epidemic characteristics and evolution process, then proposes to strengthen risk surveillance, carry out research on pathogen, continue to do vaccine inoculation and implement biosafety control.
