自拟疗肝方对犬猫肝胆湿热型黄疸的临床应用探索

The Clinical Application of Self-modifying Treatment of Liver and Gallbladder Damp-heat Jaundice in Dogs and Cats

黄疸型肝病属中医"黄疸"病的范畴,患畜临床上常表现为皮肤、黏膜、巩膜黄染,生化指标总胆红素浓度超过正常值,是临床常见病、多发病。中医理论认为其主因是湿邪为患,有湿热与寒湿之分。笔者总结了2016年5月-2017年6月,于中国农业大学动物医院中兽医门诊就诊的5例犬猫湿热型黄疸型肝病病例的自拟疗肝方治疗效果,总结出中医自拟方剂在黄疸型肝病治疗过程中的优势与特点。

Hepatopathy with jaundice belongs to the category of "jaundice" of traditional Chinese medicine. Clinically, the sick animals often hace yellow dyed skin, mucosa and sclera. The concentration of total bilirubin in biochemistry exceeds the normal value. It is the common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine suggests that it is mainly caused by damp evil. The pathogenesis consists of damp-heat and cold-damp. In the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of China Agricultural University, the authors summarized the therapeutic effect of five cases of hepatopathy with jaundice which was caused by damp-heat. These cases were treated by self-prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the veterinary clinic from May 2016 to June 2017. Then the authors summarized the advantages and characteristics of self-prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment process.
