摘要
为系统评价中药太子参对提高动物免疫力的临床效果,计算机检索CNKI、Web of science等数据库,检索时限均为从建库起至2018年9月,全面收集太子参提取物提高小鼠免疫力的临床试验研究。按照Cochrane法纳入文献,采用RevMan软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,21项试验,样本量340只,其中太子参试验组250只,对照组90只。Meta分析显示:较对照组,试验组显著增加小鼠胸腺重量[MD=0.69,95%CI(0.25,1.13),P<0.01],显著增加小鼠脾脏重量[MD=0.59,95%CI(0.33,0.84),P<0.01],显著提高小鼠免疫细胞的吞噬活性指数[SMD=1.20,95%CI(0.76,1.65),P<0.01],并能显著提高小鼠免疫后血清中溶血素水平[SMD=0.51,95%CI(0.14,0.87),P<0.01]。敏感分析结果显示,Meta分析结果较稳定;偏倚分析结果显示,所纳入文献存在一定的发表偏倚性。表明太子参提取物可显著提升动物机体免疫力,较安全有效,未来在开发新型动物保健类药品或饲料添加剂具有较大潜力。
To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla on improving animal immunity, reports of randomized clinicl trials were collected from of CNKI, Web of Science and others ranging from the day establishing the database to September, 2018 on computer. According to the cochrane system instruction, Meta analysis was performed by using RevMan software. A total of 7 reports, 21 trials, and 980 samples(including 710 mice treated with Pseudostellaria Heterophylla extraction, 270 mice treated as control group) were involved. Meta analysis results showed that: compared with the control group, the experimental group significantly increased the thymus weight of the mouse [MD=0.69,95% CI(0.25,1.13),P<0.01], the spleen weight of the mouse [MD=0.59,95% CI(0.33,0.84),P<0.01], the phagocytic activity index of the mouse immune cells [SMD=1.20,95% CI(0.76,1.65),P<0.01], and the serum hemolysin level after immunization in mice[SMD=0.51,95% CI(0.14,0.87),P<0.01]. Sensitivity analysis showed that Meta analysis results were stable. Publication bias analysis showed that the included literatures had some certain publication bias.Based on the existed evidence, The conclusion indicates that the Pseudostellaria Heterophylla extraction it is safe and effective and, can significantly improve the immunity of animal organisms. It has the potential to be used in the development of animal health medicines or feed additives in the future.
