粤港澳大湾区高等职业教育协同创新发展的路径研究 被引量:3

摘要 《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的发布给粤港澳大湾区高等职业教育发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。通过对粤港澳大湾区高等职业教育合作现状进行分析,发现存在重视程度不够、资源分配不均、政校行企融合度不够等状况,对此提出粤港澳大湾区高等职业教育协同创新发展应遵循政校行企深度融合、产学研用有效衔接的基本路径,进一步提出:加强交流合作,开拓深层次、宽领域的合作模式;对接湾区内产业转型升级,培养创新型技术技能人才;打破体制壁垒,促进湾区文化融合共生。 The publication of Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of higher vocational education.This study,based on the analysis of status of higher vocational education cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,finds that there exist some problems such as less attention,uneven distribution of resources and lack of deep integration between government,school and enterprise.Therefore,it proposes that the two basic paths should be followed:one is deep integration of government,school and enterprise;the other is effective connection between production,study and research.It further proposes strengthening exchanges and cooperation so as to explore the deep and wide cooperation mode,docking industrial transformation and upgrading in the bay area so as to cultivate innovative and technical talents;to break down the institutional barriers,so as to promote cultural integration and co-existence in the bay area.
