“双高”建设视域下高职院校高层次人才引进政策分析--以江苏省10所高职院校为例 被引量:8

摘要 利用N vivo11软件对江苏省10所高职院校高层次人才引进政策文本进行分析,发现引才目的趋同且政策话语表述陈旧;引才要求偏重学术;引才待遇存在差异;人才竞争无序性突显;引才方式单一;引才后的管理缺失,人才考核功利色彩浓厚是其共有的特征和问题。提出高职院校在制定人才引进政策时,需执行立足需求、抓住重点、柔性引进、多重激励的原则。 With Nvivo11 software to analyze the text of the policy of the introduction of high-level talents of 10 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province, it is found that the purpose of the introduction of high-level talents is the same, and there is a gap with the national policy guidance, and the introduction of talents is required to be more academic. High-level talents are well-paid, with obvious levels and differences;high-level talents are introduced in a fixed manner;high-level talents are lack of assessment management, and talents are highly utilitarian. These are their common characteristics and problems. For this reason, when formulating policies for talent introduction, higher vocational colleges need to adhere to the following principles: meeting their needs, seizing the key points, carrying out flexible introduction and taking multiple incentives.
