摘要
专业成长导师制与成长导师制相比,更注重学生的专业成长。文章通过分析中职护生目前普遍存在的学习问题与实施专业成长导师制的必要性,探索专业成长导师制在中职护理专业的实施路径。从对护理专业认知、对自我与护理职业匹配度认知、对护理职业生涯规划认知及对护理专业学习过程指导四方面进行指导,从而确立专业成长导师制的师资队伍组成、功能定位、实施原则、指导方法和管理评价机制,为其他专业实施专业成长导师制提供必要依据。
Compared with the ordinary tutorial system,the tutorial system of speciality growth for secondary vocational nursing students pays more attention to the professional development of the students.Based on the analysis of the common learning problems of secondary vocational nursing students and the necessity of implementing the tutorial system of speciality growth,this paper explores the implementation paths of the tutorial system of speciality growth for the secondary vocational nursing students.The tutors can guide the learning of the nursing majors from four aspects——the cognition of the nursing specialty,the matching degree of oneself with the nursing specialty,the cognition of nursing career planning and the guidance on learning process of nursing majors.Therefore,it can establish the composition of the teaching staff,the functional orientations,the implementation principles,the guiding methods,and the management evaluation for the nursing majors.It also hopes to provide the necessary basis of implementing the tutorial system of the speciality growth for other majors.
