摘要
圆锥破碎机是一种在冶金、建筑以及矿山行业中被广泛应用的破磨设备,其支架是承载关键部件之一,支架材料的强度可靠性直接决定着整个设备的工作可靠性。在分析FSC150圆锥破碎机支架工作受载情况的基础上,建立了该圆锥破碎机上、下支架装配体的有限元计算模型,并对支架进行了多工况的强度和可靠性分析,得到了支架结构薄弱点和安全系数,为结构的改进提供了理论依据。
Cone crusher is a kind of grinding equipment widely used in metallurgy,construction and mining industry.Its bracket is one of the key components for carrying work.The strength reliability of bracket material directly affects the reliability of the whole equipment.Based on the analysis of the working load of the bracket of FSC150 cone crusher,the finite element calculation model of the upper and lower bracket assembly of the cone crusher was established,and the strength and reliability of the bracket under various working conditions were analyzed.The structural weaknesses and safety coefficient of the following bracket were obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the structure.
