摘要
通过三维软件Pro/E建立破碎机三维模型,再利用EDEM软件对双级破碎机的破碎过程进行离散元分析。对双级锤式破碎机的双转子的转速、转子间的中心距离,以及转子间角度等对于破碎机破碎效率有影响的因素进行仿真分析。通过建立物料的仿真模型,根据断裂键的数目来评判破碎机破碎效果。最后再通过正交实验分析得到3个因素对于破碎机破碎效率影响的先后顺序。为双级锤式破碎机的应用以及优化提供参考依据。
The 3D model of the crusher was established through the 3D software Pro/E,then EDEM software was used to analyze the crushing process of the double stage crusher with discrete element.The factors which affect the crushing efficiency of the crusher,such as rotating speed of the double rotor of the two-stage hammer crusher,the center distance between the rotors,and the angle of interaction between the rotors were analyzed by simulation.By establishing the simulation model of materials,the crushing effect of the crusher was evaluated according to the number of broken bonds.Finally,the sequence of three factors affecting the crushing efficiency of the crusher was obtained through orthogonal experimental design.It provides reference for the application and optimization of double stage hammer crusher.
