摘要
目前,国内煤矿井下综采工作面巷道多采用多排单体支柱加高强度工字钢棚梁进行超前支护,巷道两帮无法进行维护,支护效果不理想,工人劳动强度大,成本高,回柱危险性大,并且严重影响人员通行。随着机械化程度和采煤产量的快速提高,急需改变目前的支护方式,所以巷道超前支架的研究显得尤为重要。小纪汗煤矿开采煤层深度超过400 m,开采煤层厚度较大,顶板压力显现明显;底板岩性强度较低,局部易产生底鼓现象。针对此现象,特对巷道超前液压支架进行选型计算,并介绍应用效果。
At present,the domestic coal mine underground fully mechanized mining face roadway adopts multi-row single-unit prop and high-strength I-beam steel beam for advanced support,the two sides of roadway can not be maintained,the support effect is not ideal,the labor intensity of workers is large,the cost is high,the return column is dangerous and seriously affects the passage of personnel.With the rapid increase of the mechanization degree and coal production,it is urgent to change the current support mode.Therefore,the research on the roadway advanced support is particularly important.The coal seam depth of the Xiaojihan coal mine is more than 400 m.The thickness of the coal seam is large,the pressure on the roof is obvious,and the lithology strength of the floor is low.The floor heave is easy to be generated.Aiming this phenomenon,the advanced hydraulic support of the roadway was calculated and type selected.The result of application was introduced.
