摘要
针对庞庞塔煤矿9-301工作面护巷煤柱留设尺寸问题,分析了煤柱失稳的临界宽度,并通过数值模拟分析不同宽度条件下的塑性区范围和垂直应力值,得到22 m宽护巷煤柱可满足回采期间巷道的稳定性。实践表明,采用锚网索+钢梯筋子梁+钢带的联合支护方式,减小了沿空巷道围岩的移近量,提高了沿空巷道围岩的整体稳定性,通过现场实测可满足设计要求。
The width of the coal column instability was analyzed for the problem of coal column stay size in the 9-301 workface.Simulation analysis of the plasticity zone and vertical stress values for different widths,and the 22 m wide collumn can meet the requirements of the coal column during the recovery period,ensure the stability of the roadway.Practice showed that the use of anchor cable+steel ladder bar beams+steel belt joint support method,reduced the amount of migration along the empty roadway surrounding rock,improved the stability of the roadway.The overall stability of the surrounding rocks along the empty roadway can meet the design requirements through on-site measurements.
