摘要
钻孔轨迹偏斜在煤矿井下施工中普遍存在,不能准确掌握钻孔位置,达不到钻探的目的,影响安全生产。利用测井分析仪对钻孔进行测井、分析,能够在煤矿井下一次快速完成视频、自然伽马、轨迹(方位角、倾角)数据采集,地面处理软件可以高效处理数据,自动导出钻孔轨迹平面图、钻孔轨迹剖面图、视频岩心图等成果。以该技术在荣泰煤矿巷道底板钻孔岩性判断分析为例,验证了此项技术的实用性。
The deflection of the drilling trajectory is very common in the underground construction of mines,and the position of the drilling hole cannot be accurately grasped.Logging and analysis of drilling with a logging analyzer,which can quickly complete video,natural gamma,and trajectory(azimuth,inclination)data collection in the coal mine at once,and processing software on the ground can perform efficient data processing,automatically export drilling trajectory plan,drilling trajectory profile,video core map and other achievements.The lithology judgment analysis of this technology in the floor of Rongtai Mine roadway was taken as an example,the practicality of this technology was verified.
