摘要
本文以回坡底矿11-102工作面为背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟等方法,展开工作面喷雾降尘原理及降尘效果的研究。结果表明,采煤机外喷嘴雾场能够包裹采煤机机身及滚筒,治理割煤产生的粉尘,根据流体力学文丘里原理设计的架间喷雾二次降尘装置,能够很好的治理移架产生的粉尘,组合式喷雾系统有效抑制粉尘的产生和弥散,该技术能够在回坡底矿推广使用。
The 11-102 working face of the Huipodi Mine was taken as study object,with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the principle and effect of working face spray dust removal were studied.The study showed that the coal miner outer nozzle fog field wrapping the coal miner fuselage and rollers,can reduce the dust cut by coal effectively.Secondary dust reduction device developed by hydrodynamic Venturi principle can remove the dust generated by moving supports,the combined spray system can effectively suppress the generation and dispersion of dust,with good application in Huipidi Mine.
