摘要
煤制乙二醇系统锅炉装置在实际运行的过程中,存在蒸汽放空、乏汽外排等热损失现象,造成了系统能源的浪费,以及部分水源的浪费(冷凝液外排)。主要介绍了对煤制乙二醇系统的废热回收方法,包括废热发电、废热制冷、除氧器乏汽回收、废热采暖或伴热等。提出通过以上方法对煤制乙二醇系统的废热进行回收再利用,使资源和能源得到最大化利用,降低项目生产成本。
In the actual operation of the boiler unit of coal to ethylene glycol system,there are heat loss phenomena such as steam venting and exhaust of lack of steam,resulting in the waste of system energy and part of the water(condensate efflux).The heat recovery methods for coal to ethylene glycol system,including waste heat power generation,waste heat power refrigeration,recoveny of deaerator steam exhaust,waste heat heating or tracing heat,etc.were mainly introduced.It is proposed that the above methods are used for,to maximize resources and energy utilization,reducing the production cost of the project.
