壮医冰糖叶桉汤对老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者IL-6及IFN-γ表达的影响

Effect of Zhuangyi Bingtangye Eucalyptus Decoction on Expression of IL-6 and IFN-γ in Aged Patients with Pruritus

目的:研究对老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者应用壮医冰糖叶桉汤治疗的效果及其对IL-6及IFN-γ表达的影响。方法:选取72例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者,均于广西中医药大学第一附属医院及仁爱分院2019年2月-2020年2月期间收治。应用随机数字表抽取法分组,分别施以基础治疗(对照组,n=36)与壮医冰糖叶桉汤治疗(治疗组,n=36),对治疗前后皮肤瘙痒情况、IL-6及IFN-γ水平变化进行统计分析,并对两组临床疗效及不良反应率进行对比。结果:治疗组临床治疗总有效率经评定为94.44%,对照组经评定为72.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前,IL-6及IFN-γ表达无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,IL-6及IFN-γ表达经测定均有降低,且治疗组降低程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后患者的瘙痒面积、瘙痒频率、瘙痒持续时间经测定均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应率经评定为2.78%,对照组经评定为22.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医冰糖叶桉汤用于老年性皮肤瘙痒症治疗的效果显著。

Objective:To study the effect of applying Zhuangyi Bingtangye Eucalyptus Decoction to the patients with senile pruritus and its effect on the expression of IL-6 and IFN-γ.Methods:72 patients with senile pruritus were selected and admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Renai branch from February 2019 to February 2020.Random number table extraction method was used for grouping,and skin pruritus,IL-6 and IFN-γwere treated before and after basic treatment(control group,n=36)and Zhuangyi Bingtangye Eucalyptus Decoction(treatment group,n=36).Statistical analysis of changes in IL-6 and IFN-γlevels and comparison of clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was evaluated as 94.44%,and that in the control group was evaluated as 72.22%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the expression of IL-6 and IFN-γ(P>0.05).After treatment,the expression of IL-6 and IFN-γwere both reduced,and the reduction of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the itch area,itch frequency,and itch duration of the patients in the treatment group were all significantly improved(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was evaluated as 2.78%,and the control group was evaluated as 22.22%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuangyi Bingtangye Eucalyptus Decoction is effective in the treatment of senile pruritus.
