The Proven Case of Children with Tic Disorder in the Year of Jihai and Analysis of Its Yunqi Thoughts

运气学说是探讨自然气候变化周期性规律及其对人体健康和疾病影响的一门学问,应用运气理论指导临床治疗,是将自然气候运气特点、个体体质及病证特点三者相结合,综合分析患者自身的天人关系和疾病特征,从而确定治疗原则。这种多维度考虑疾病诊断和治疗的思路,使临床治疗的精准性及有效率明显提高。文章对一则儿童抽动障碍典型病案运气治疗思路进行剖析,试述应用五运六气理论指导临床治疗的思路和方法。

The theory of yunqi is a study to explore the periodic law of natural climate change and its influence on human health and disease.The application of yunqi theory to guide clinical treatment is to combine the characteristics of natural climate luck,individual physique and disease syndrome,and to comprehensively analyze the relationship between heaven and man and the characteristics of disease,so as to determine the treatment principle.This multi-dimensional thinking of disease diagnosis and treatment improves the accuracy and effective rate of clinical treatment.The purpose of this paper is to explain the ideas and methods of using the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factor to guide clinical treatment by analyzing the yunqi treatment of a typical medical record of tic disorder in children.
