子午方药法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia by Ziwu Prescription

目的:探讨子午方药法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床效果。方法:观察慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者分时段的临床症状变化;并评价子午方药法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。结果:临床上CAA患者症状积分,上午(05-10/24h)干燥、下午(11-16/24h)乏力及晚上(17-22/24h)虚烦症状积分明显增多(P<0.05)。治疗上子午方药组基本治愈1例(6.67%),缓解4例(26.67%),明显进步10例(66.7%),总有效率100%;非子午方药组缓解2例(13.33%),明显进步10例(66.67%),无效3例(20%),总有效率80%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子午方药组与非子午方药组相比,治疗后,RBC无统计学差异(P>0.05),HGB、RET具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:营卫运行影响红细胞生成,运用子午方药法调理营卫运行有利于红细胞生成。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ziwu prescription in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:Patients with Chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)were selected to observe the changes of clinical symptoms at different stages.And evaluate the clinical efficacy of ziwu prescription in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Results:clinically,the symptom scores of CAA patients were significantly increased in the morning(05~10/24 h),afternoon(11~16/24 h)and evening(17~22/24 h),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the shangziwu prescription group,1 case was cured(6.67%),4 cases were relieved(26.67%),10 cases were improved significantly(66.7%),and the total effective rate was 100%.In the non-meridian prescription group,there were 2 cases(13.33%)with remission,10 cases(66.67%)with significant improvement,and 3 cases(20%)with total effective rate of 80%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference in RBC(P>0.05)and significant statistical difference in HGB and RET(P<0.05)between the meridian prescription group and the non-meridian prescription group.Conclusion:the operation of yingwei can affect erythrocyte formation,and regulating the operation of yingwei can help erythrocyte formation.
