二仙汤合逍遥散加减治疗乳腺癌术后冲任失调证的疗效及预后影响

Curative Effect of Erxian Decoction Combined with Modified Xiaoyao Powder on Chong-Ren Disorder Syndrome after Breast Cancer Surgery and Its Influences on TCM Syndrome Score and Quality of Life

目的:观察二仙汤合逍遥散加减治疗乳腺癌术后冲任失调证的疗效及对患者中医证候积分和生活质量的影响。方法:选取74例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组各37例,对照组术后采取常规化疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予二仙汤合逍遥散加减治疗,持续治疗6个月。分别于治疗前后对两组患者腰膝酸软、乳房胀痛、心烦易怒等中医证候进行评分;采用健康调查简表(SF-36)对两组患者的生存质量进行评分。治疗后,评定两组患者冲任失调证的疗效。应用流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群,记录CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的变化。结果:观察组乳腺癌术后患者冲任失调证的疗效为86.49%,显著优于对照组的59.46%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后腰膝酸软、乳房胀痛、心烦易怒等中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二仙汤合加味逍遥散加减治疗乳腺癌术后冲任失调,可有效提升疗效,减少中医证候积分,改善免疫功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Erxian Decoction combined with modified Xiaoyao powder on Chong-Ren disorder syndrome after breast cancer surgery and the influences on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and quality of life.Methods:74 patients with breast cancer were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine chemotherapy regimens after surgery.On this basis,observation group was given Erxian Decoction combined with modified Xiaoyao powder.They were continuously treated for 6 months.TCM syndromes such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees,breast distending pain and restlessness and irritability in both groups were scored before and after treatment.The quality of life in both groups was scored by short form 36 health survey(SF-36).After treatment,curative effect on Chong-Ren disorder syndrome in both groups was evaluated.T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry.The changes in CD4^+,CD8^+,and CD4^+/CD8^+ were recorded.Results:After breast cancer surgery,curative effect on Chong-Ren disorder syndrome in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(86.49%vs 59.46%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndromes such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees,breast distending pain,and restlessness and irritability in observation group were significantly lower than that those in control group(P<0.05),while quality of life was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erxian Decoction combined with modified Xiaoyao powder in treatment of Chong-Ren disorder syndrome after breast cancer surgery can effectively improve curative effect,reduce TCM syndrome score,improve immune function and quality of life.
