生血通便颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭血虚瘀阻证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shengxue Tongbian Granule in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Blood Deficiency and Stasis Syndrome

目的:探讨生血通便颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者按照系统随机法分为生血通便组及尿毒清组各30例,两组均采取内服及灌肠的方法,并配合常规治疗,在此基础上,分别采用生血通便颗粒和尿毒清颗粒治疗。治疗4周后,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、生化指标及炎症因子。结果:治疗4周后,生血通便组总有效率为76.6%,尿毒清组为66.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生血通便组患者中医证候积分显著低于尿毒清组(P<0.05)。生血通便组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6)的改善情况均显著优于尿毒清组(P<0.05),两组对血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)的改善效果相当(P>0.05)。结论:生血通便颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭具有较好的临床疗效,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shengxue Tongbian Granule in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic renal failure were divided into three groups:the hemorrhagic group and the uremic group.Both groups were treated with internal and enema and combined with conventional treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,biochemical indicators and inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 76.6% in the hemorrhagic group and 66.6% in the uremic clearing group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the hemorrhagic group was lower than that of the uremic group(P<0.05).The improvement of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6)was better in the hemorrhagic group than in the uremic group(P<0.05.The improvement of serum creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)was equivalent in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengxue Tongbian Granule has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of chronic renal failure.
