水蜈蚣治疗时疫发热、肝炎、肿瘤等作用探析

Effect of Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb on Epidemic Fever,Hepatitis and Tumor

目的:水蜈蚣是一种具有特殊功效的沙草科植物,现总结和探讨其临床应用及研究进展。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方及维普数据库收集筛选水蜈蚣相关研究文献,进行归纳总结。结果:水蜈蚣可用于治疗感冒、支气管炎、百日咳、疟疾、痢疾、肝炎、乳糜尿、肾炎、肿瘤、疮疡肿毒、皮肤瘙痒、毒蛇咬伤、跌打损伤、风湿性关节炎等病症。结论:水蜈蚣单味药或加减可广泛运用于多个系统疾病的治疗,水蜈蚣对传染性疾病亦有效,进一步研究其在时疫发热、肝炎、肿瘤等方面的作用机制和推广应用具有重要价值。

Objective:Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb is a plant of the family Salicaceae with special effects.This article summarizes and discusses its clinical application and research progress.Methods:Relevant literatures on Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb were collected and screened by searching the CNKI,Wan Fang(WF)and VIP database,and summarizing them.Results:Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb can be used to treat colds,bronchitis,whooping cough,malaria,dysentery,hepatitis,chyluria,nephritis,tumors,sores and ulcers,skin itching,snake bites,bruises,rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases.Conclusion:The single medicine of Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb or addition and subtraction can be widely used in the treatment of multiple system diseases.Kyllinga brevifolia Rottb is also effective for infectious diseases.It is important to further study its mechanism and application in the areas of epidemic fever,hepatitis,and tumor.
