摘要
在信息化时代,快速发展的信息化技术引发了全球范围内"互联网+教育"的教育信息化变革,受此影响,当前的教育理念、教学方法和教学手段都在经历巨大的改变。在此背景下,中医药膳学的教学设计亦应顺应趋势,探求如何在教学活动的各个环节合理运用信息化手段。
In the information age,the rapid development of information technology triggered a global educational informationization tide of reform,that is what we know as "internet+education",which has brought enormous changes in our education ideas,teaching methods and means.Of course,the teaching of Chinese medicinal cuisine is also involved in the reform.Thus,we should explore how reasonably to reform teaching activities in each link of it.
