我国西瓜甜瓜中农药残留限量标准分析

Analysis of pesticide residue limits in watermelon and melon in China

2019年8月15日我国发布了GB 2763—2019《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》,代替GB 2763—2016和GB 2763.1—2018两个标准,成为我国目前唯一现行有效的食品中农药残留限量国家标准。笔者介绍了我国西瓜甜瓜农药最大残留限量标准的现状,分析了新版GB 2763对西瓜甜瓜规定的农药及其最大残留限量的主要变化,按照农药用途分类列出了具体农药的监测残留物、ADI值及其具体限量值,以方便各地方监管部门、检测机构和生产经营企业更好使用该标准。

As the only currently valid pesticide in food National standards for residue limits,GB 2763—2019(National food safety standard-Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food)was issued in place of GB 2763—2016 and GB 2763.1-2018 on August 15,2019.In this review,the current status of the maximum pesticide residue limit standards for watermelon and melon in China was introduced,the main changes in pesticides and maximum residue limits for watermelon and melon stipulated in the new version of GB 2763 was analyzed,and the specific pesticide monitoring residues and ADI values according to the pesticide use,and limit values were listed to facilitate the local regulatory authorities,testing agencies and production and operation enterprises to better use the standard.
