江苏省江阴市新型农业经营主体培育SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of New Agricultural Operators Cultivation in Jiangyin City of Jiangsu Province

随着中国社会的高速发展,传统农业经营主体已无法适应新的农业产业结构和社会经济结构。新型农业经营主体的多形式发展成为优化农业产业结构的关键,更是建设现代农业的内在要求。近年来,江苏省江阴市通过制定政策、更新要素等形式,积极培育新型农业经营主体,着力打造以家庭农场为核心、以农民合作社为纽带、以龙头企业为支撑的新经营模式,但是在土地流转、制度管理、企业竞争力等方面仍存在一系列问题。为了给经营主体的良序发展提供基础和保障,采用SWOT分析法,以江阴市各类新型农业经营主体为探究对象,分析了其发展过程中的优势、劣势、潜在风险和机遇,并对新型农业经营主体发展模式的未来前景进行了展望。

With the rapid development of China’s society,the traditional agricultural entities have been unable to adapt to the new agricultural industrial structure and social and economic structure.The multi-form development of new agricultural operators has become the key to optimize the agricultural industrial structure,and it is also the internal requirements for building modern agriculture.In recent years,Jiangyin has actively cultivated new types of agricultural operators by formulating policies and renewing elements,and focused on building a new business model with family farms as the core,farmers’cooperatives as the link and leading enterprises as the support.However,there are still a series of problems in land transfer,system management and enterprise competitiveness.In order to provide the foundation and guarantee for the well-ordered development of business entities,the SWOT analysis was adopted to explore the advantages,disadvantages,potential risks and opportunities of various new agricultural operators in Jiangyin city,and the future prospects of the development model of agricultural business entities were forecasted.
