平山县休闲农业与乡村旅游发展路径探究

Development Path of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Pingshan County of Heibei Province

休闲农业与乡村旅游是解决"三农"问题、促进乡村新文化建设的重要途径,为推动农村经济发展、增加农民就业收入、调整农业结构做出了积极贡献。平山县作为河北省休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县,休闲农业与乡村旅游产业发展迅速,取得了一定的成效,打造了一批生态优、环境美、产业强、农民富、机制好的休闲农业与乡村旅游精品,有效地推动了当地农业、农村和旅游产业的发展,但在日趋激烈的市场竞争背景下,产业转型升级仍然面临着许多挑战。从平山县休闲农业与乡村旅游产业的发展历程和资源禀赋出发,结合对产业发展的SWOT分析,从战略选择、布局优化、产业融合、服务提升、品牌塑造等方面提出平山县休闲农业与乡村旅游产业提档升级的发展路径,并有针对性地提出了相关建议。

Leisure agriculture and rural tourism were important ways to solve the issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers and the construction of a new rural culture,which have made positive contributions to promoting rural economic development,increasing farmers’employment income and adjusting the agricultural structure.Pingshan county is a demonstration county of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Hebei province,its leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry has developed rapidly and achieved certain results,and has created a number of excellent leisure agriculture and rural tourism products with excellent ecology,beautiful environment,strong industry,rich farmers and good mechanism,which has effectively promoted the development of local agriculture,rural areas and tourism industry.However,under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,industrial transformation and upgrading are still facing many challenges.Based on the development process and resource endowment of leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry in Pingshan county,combined with SWOT analysis of industrial development,the development path of leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry upgrading in Pingshan county was put forward from the aspects of strategic choice,layout optimization,industrial integration,service promotion,brand building,and some relevant suggestions were put forward.
