产业发展助推乡村振兴实现的路径——以北京为例

Path of Industrial Development to Promote Rural Revitalization--A Case Study of Beijing

乡村振兴战略具体举措包括产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴,其中产业振兴是重中之重。北京作为首都,农业和农村的发展走在全国前列,其做法对其他地区具有一定的引领作用。采用问卷调查的方法对北京民众展开关于乡村产业发展和乡村振兴的调查,统计分析产业发展与五大振兴的关系,结果显示发展产业对产业兴旺、人才培育、文化繁荣、生态保护、乡村治理发挥了巨大的作用,但同时也存在产业薄弱、人才缺乏、文化资源挖掘力度低、环境污染、集体经济不发达等现象。未来,需加快农业转型升级,大力发展优势产业、文化产业和绿色产业,实现五大振兴,推动乡村振兴战略的更好实施。

Specific measures for rural revitalization strategy include industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,and organizational revitalization.Among them,industrial revitalization is the top priority.As the capital of China,the development of agriculture and rural areas in Beijing is at the forefront of the country,and its approach has a certain leading role in other regions.Therefore,a questionnaire survey was used to conduct surveys on the development of rural industries and rural revitalization among the people of Beijing,and the relationship between industrial development and the five major revitalizations was statistically analyzed.The results showed that the development of industries has played a huge role in the prosperity of the industry,the cultivation of talents,the prosperity of culture,the protection of ecology,and the governance of villages,but at present there are also weak industries,lack of talents,low excavation of cultural resources,environmental pollution,underdeveloped collective economy,and so on.In the future,it is necessary to accelerate agricultural transformation and upgrading,vigorously develop advantageous industry,cultural industry and green industry,realize the five major revitalizations,and promote the better implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
