基于知识共享的人力资本红利生成路径研究

Research on human capital dividend generation path based on knowledge sharing

近年来,中国经济发展进入新常态,其中人口红利的消减是导致经济进入新常态的重要原因之一。人口红利的消减导致经济增长动力不足,抑制中国经济的增长。通过知识技能的共享,有效提升个体人力资本水平,收获人力资本红利,从而缓解人口红利消减对我国经济的不利影响。选取知乎平台,采用扎根理论研究方法,运用质性研究编码技术,从动态视角探究知识共享如何促进人力资本红利生成这一问题。结果发现:知乎平台知识共享模式通过知识诉求、知识传播、知识分解、知识互动四阶段,实现人力资本水平提升,最终收获人力资本红利,为经济发展提供新动能。

In recent years, China’s economic development has entered a new normal. The reduction in demographic dividend is one of the important reasons for the economy to enter the new normal. The reduction in demographic dividend has led to insufficient economic growth momentum and has inhibited China’s economic growth. Through the sharing of knowledge and skills, knowledge sharing may effectively improve the level of individual human capital and harvest human capital dividend, thereby alleviating the negative impact of the demographic dividend reduction on China’s economy. With the research method of grounded theory and the qualitative research coding technology, this paper selects the Knowledge Platform to explore how knowledge sharing may promote the generation of human capital dividend from a dynamic perspective. It finds that the knowledge sharing mode of the Knowledge Platform may improve the level of human capital and finally harvest the human capital dividend through the four stages of knowledge appeal, knowledge dissemination, knowledge decomposition and knowledge interaction, which provides new momentum for economic development.
