无人驾驶汽车与我国道路交通安全法律制度的完善 被引量:7

摘要 无人驾驶汽车不仅是对传统汽车的突破与改革,更是人工智能与大数据技术的应用与拓展。法律制度环境是无人驾驶汽车技术创新的必要条件,需要从无人驾驶汽车技术发展的过程中构建与其相适应的法律制度。我国现在尚没有相关的立法,这在某种程度上制约了我国无人驾驶汽车技术的发展,当前迫切需要对我国现行道路交通安全法律进行清理与评估,在借鉴国外无人驾驶汽车立法及审视我国无人驾驶汽车技术发展的基础上,走我国无人驾驶汽车的渐进立法道路,构建出良好的无人驾驶汽车道路交通安全法律制度环境。
