新时代公民道德建设从其关涉的行为类型来看,既是认知行为,也是实践创构与价值重塑行为,彰显了三个理性自觉。新时代公民道德建设应该自觉认知向上向善的本质内涵,自觉践行积善成德的创构,自觉锤炼高尚道德品格。只有从认知、践行与价值锤炼这三个维度加强理性自觉,才能落实和推进新时代公民道德建设的进程。

the construction of citizen’s morality in the new era is not only a cognitive behavior,but also a behavior of practice and value reconstruction,which shows the three rational consciousness.In the new era,citizens’moral construction should consciously recognize the essence of goodness,consciously practice the moral integrity,and consciously temper the noble moral character.Only by strengthening rational consciousness from the three dimensions of cognition,practice and value tempering,can we implement and promote the process of citizen moral construction in the new era.
