厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压临床研究

Clinical Study of Irbesartan and Amlodipine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Hypertension

目的研究厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法随机选取2018年6月—2019年8月期间于该院收治的78例2型糖尿病合并高血压疾病患者开展临床研究,将其均分为普通组和联合组,每组39例。普通组患者仅使用厄贝沙坦药物治疗,联合组患者接受厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,研究比较两组患者临床疗效。结果联合组患者血糖控制效果优于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者血压控制效果优于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗总有效率,较普通组患者高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平在治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压方面的临床疗效较好,较单独使用厄贝沙坦临床疗效更好。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertension.Methods Randomly selected 78 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension who were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 for clinical research.They were divided into ordinary group and combined group,39 cases in each group.Patients in the general group were treated with irbesartan only,and patients in the combination group received irbesartan combined with amlodipine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The blood glucose control effect of the combination group was better than that of the ordinary group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure control effect of the combination group was better than that of the ordinary group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the ordinary group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine has a better clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertension,and it has better clinical effect than irbesartan alone.
