老年糖尿病患者合并感染后胰岛素泵强化治疗效果

Effect of Intensive Insulin Pump Treatment in Elderly Diabetic Patients with Infection

目的探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗老年糖尿病合并感染后患者的影响,以提供有效的治疗方法。方法选择2018年5月—2019年4月该院收治的50例老年糖尿病合并感染患者。随机分配为两组,对照组25例,实施多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗;研究组25例,实施持续皮下胰岛素输注治疗。比较两组β细胞功能指标及基本治疗情况。结果研究组β细胞功能指标明显提高,研究组比对照组的基本治疗情况好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用胰岛素泵强化治疗能改善老年糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能,可有效平稳的降血糖,血糖达标时间更短,胰岛素使用量更少,控制感染情况更明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive insulin pump treatment on elderly patients with diabetes complicated by infection in order to provide effective treatment methods.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with diabetes complicated with infection from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,25 patients in the control group received multiple subcutaneous insulin injections;25 patients in the study group received continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion.Theβ-cell function indicators and basic treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Theβ-cell function index of the study group was significantly improved;the basic treatment of the study group was better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive treatment with insulin pump can improve the isletβ-cell function in elderly patients with diabetes,which can effectively and smoothly lower blood glucose,the blood glucose reaching the standard time is shorter,the use of insulin is less,and the control of infection is more obvious.
